With this letter, our neurosurgeon, Dr. Bernardo Mosqueira, would like to wish a Merry Christmas to all his friends and patients who place their trust in him and his team. He thanks everyone who supports him daily and on social media for their support and affection.

That affection is reflected in the words you offer me when you visit me for a consultation, when you see me on the street walking or exercising, or in a hospital hallway. Seeing the happiness on your faces is contagious; it gives me satisfaction, and that satisfaction transforms into happiness.
We're already immersed in these magical days of Christmas spirit, days filled with excitement to enjoy with our loved ones, where company is the most important thing. It's hard to be with all of you because there are so many of you, but my friends, Let there be no doubt that you are part of this family. You are my greatest gift.
